Watermelon, Ginger & Mint Gin Julep by: Mr. Consistent
INGREDIENTS:
- 1x Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix
- 1x Ginger Syrup
- 1x 500ml Gin
- 3x Watermelon Wedges
- 10x Mint Leaves
- Ice

- Muddler
- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
- Fine Strainer
- Jigger
- Method

METHOD:
1: Prepare
- Cut the watermelon into wedges, removing the skin

2: Create
- Muddle 3 watermelon wedges in shaker
- Rip and clap 10 mint leaves to release oils and add to watermelon

3: Serve
- Pour 75ml Mr. Consistent Margarita into shaker
- Add 45ml gin
- Add 15ml ginger syrup
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Double strain into glass and garnish with mint leaf
