Wasabi Cucumber Margarita by Mr. Consistent
For cocktail lovers who like a little kick! Cocktail Club is a monthly subscription that gives you everything you need to be your own bartender!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1x Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix
- 1x Wasabi Powder 1-2 tsp
- 2x Cucumber
- 2x Pickled Chilli
- 1x 500ml Gin
- 1x White Sugar 1 Cup
- Boiling Water 1 Cup
- 1x 500ml Gin
- Ice

ACCESSORIES:
- 1x Mason Jar
- 1x Bartender Essentials Kit
- 1x Fine Strainer
- 1x Measuring Jug
- 1x Zip lock bag

METHOD:
1: Wasabi Cucumber Syrup
- Finely dice cucumber and roughly measure in measuring jug how much you have
- Add cucumber to zip lock bag, along with an equal amount of white sugar
- Add wasabi powder, for every 200ml cucumber in measuring jug, add 1tsp. (depending on spice preference)
- Kneed though bag to combine ingredients
- Allow sugar to draw moisture from cucumber (up to 4 hours)
- Strain syrup into measuring jug
- Note: Wasabi cucumber syrup should be kept in the fridge

2: Create
- Muddle 2 pickled chilli (optional) in cocktail shaker
- Pour 75ml Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix into cocktail shaker
- Add 45ml gin
- Add 15ml wasabi cucumber syrup

3: Serve
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Double strain into cocktail glass & garnish with dried lime
