Trust Me, giving up the cocktails for a month does sound a bit daunting, but it doesn’t have to be! I can help keep the booze-free vibes high this July! I want to support those who are trying to make healthier choices for mental and physical health by giving some tips and tricks on how to have alcohol-free fun! I will show you how to shake up some of my favourite mocktails and give activity recommendations that don’t have to involve booze! This month, together we can break the stigma and support the idea that sober fun is good fun!
First up on My weekly mocktail and activity recommendation for Dry July is Mulled Wine Mocktails around the fire! Why not plan an evening of booze-free fun with some good company to cozy up around the fire. Grab some blankets, a few of the board game classics and warm up with my seasonal favourite.

Mulled Wine Mocktail
What you’ll need:
-Mr. Consistent Mulled Wine Mix
-Your favourite Non-Alcoholic Red Wine
-Mr. Consistent Dried Oranges and Cinnamon Sticks
-Stove Top and a Pot
1 / Prep
Add Mulled Wine Mix to the Pot and stir on low heat for 10 minutes.
2 / Create
75mL of Mulled Wine Mixer
75 mL of Non-Alcoholic Red Wine
3 / Serve
Pour into your Favourite Mug
Garnish with Cinnamon Stick and a Dried Orange
