OK, so you go to a bar, and you ask the bartender for 'something fruity'... We don't judge you - we've all done it!
This is our answer to your Something Fruity request - and it's the perfect Summer cocktail recipe!!
Using our Waterboy Cocktail Mixer, which is a Watermelon and Strawberry Margarita, we have added some extra fun to it, with Lychee! Impress your friends with this stunning cocktail, and make it fancy with some in-season, fresh Lychees!
To make a Mr. Consistent Lychee Watermelon Margarita, you will need Mr. Consistent Waterboy Mixer, Tequila (or any white Spirit), a tin of lychee and some fresh lychees! Optional - you could use only tinned lychee to enjoy this cocktail all year around, when fresh lychee aren't in season.
Step 1 - Peel & pit 3-5 fresh lychees, and add to your shaker
Step 2 - Muddle the lychees in the bottom of your shaker
Step 3 - Add ice to you shaker
Step 4 - Pour 75ml of Mr. Consistent Waterboy Cocktail Mixer into your shaker
Step 5 - Add 25ml of tinned lychee syrup to your shaker (add more or less, depending on your desired sweetness)
Step 6 - Pour 45ml of Tequila (or any other white Spirit) into your shaker
If you would prefer a Non-Alcoholic option, you can use a Non-Alc Spirit or water in replacement of the Tequila.
Step 7 - Shake well
Step 8 - Ensure you double strain your cocktail when pouring into the glass, to filter any lychee pulp
Step 9 - ENJOY!
