Where does the time go! As some of you may know, I have just wrapped the first month of My monthly cocktail club subscription! For those of you who don’t yet know, it is a service that delivers My hand crafted premium cocktail recipes tailored to your exact tasting palate right to your doorstep.
I wanted this to create a sense of community shared with fellow cocktail lovers so they can enjoy boutique style cocktails in the comfort of your own home! Sounds great right?
For those of you who have yet to jump on board, here is a sneak peak at one of the recipes My cocktail club subscription has to offer! First recipe on the docket:
Raspberry Earl Grey Sour:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1x Mr. Consistent Sours Mix
- 2 x French earl grey tea bags
- 200ml x Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
- 1x 500g White sugar
- 1x Punnet Fresh raspberries
- Vodka / Gin 500 ml
- Ice
ACCESSORIES:
- Muddler
- Jigger
- Mason jar
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
METHOD:
1: Tea Tonic Tincture
Tear open tea bags and pour tea leaves into mason jar. Combine with entire bottle of tonic water. Shake to combine ingredients. Strain liquid into Fever Tree bottle and apply cork.
TIP: Allow to steep up to 24 hours pending your preference of tea intensity.

2: Raspberry-Infused Vodka or Gin
• Add 250g raspberries to jar and combine with vodka or gin.
• Thoroughly muddle raspberries.
•Strain raspberry vodka or gin and add 250g sugar.
•Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a bottle ready for use.
TIP: Allow to steep up to 24 hours pending your preference of raspberry Vodka/Gin.

3: Serve
• Pour 75mls of Mr. Consistent Sours into shaker.
• 45mls of raspberry-infused vodka or gin.
• Add ice and shake vigorously.
• Strain into glass over fresh ice.
• Top with 15mls Tea Tonic Tincture.
