Of course I will take any excuse to celebrate amazing cocktails and today is the day we celebrate the Mojito! As you may know, in December I added the Spritz range to My repertoire and that range included My Mojito Spritz!

Raspberry Mojito Spritz by Mr. Consistent

What You Need:
- Fresh raspberries
- White Rum
- Mr. Consistent Mojito Spritz
- Mr. Consistent Dried Limes
- Ice
Method:
1/ Create:
1/ Create:
- Muddle Raspberries into the bottom of your tall glass
- Add 45ml of White Rum
- Add ice
- Add a full can of Mr. Consistent Mojito Spritz
- Stir all ingredients through thoroughly
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and a Mr. Consistent Dried Lime, Enjoy!
Lychee Mojito Spritz by Mr. Consistent
What You Need:
- Fresh or canned Lychee's
- White Rum
- Mr. Consistent Mojito Spritz
- Mr. Consistent Dried Limes
- Ice
Method:
1/ Create:

- Muddle Lychee's into the bottom of your tall glass
- Add 45ml of White Rum
- Add ice
- Add a full can of Mr. Consistent Mojito Spritz
- Stir all ingredients through thoroughly
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and a Mr. Consistent Dried Lime, Enjoy!
