Im back to let you in on one of my first subscription recipes! As some of you may know, I have just wrapped the first month of My monthly cocktail club subscription! For those of you who don’t yet know, it is a service that delivers My hand crafted premium cocktail recipes tailored to your exact tasting palate right to your doorstep.
I wanted this to create a sense of community shared with fellow cocktail lovers so they can enjoy boutique style cocktails in the comfort of your own home! Sounds great right?
For those of you who have yet to jump on board, here is a sneak peak at one of the recipes My cocktail club subscription has to offer! First recipe on the docket:
El Macco - El Peachy, Macadamia Whiskey Sour
INGREDIENTS:
- 1x Mr. Consistent El Peachy Mix
- 1x 200g Macadamia Nuts
- 1x 200g White Sugar
- 1x 500ml Whiskey of your choice
ACCESSORIES:
- Baking Tray
- Mason Jar
- Measuring Jug
- Muddler
- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
- Fine Strainer
- Large Strainer
- Ice
METHOD:
1: Prepare Macadamia Nuts •Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
- Spread macadamia nuts onto a baking tray and roast in oven for 10 minutes.

2: Macadamia-Infused Whiskey
- Remove from oven and place roasted nuts into a jar
- Add whiskey and thoroughly muddle to crush the nuts
- Strain macadamia whiskey and add sugar
- Stir well until sugar is dissolved
- Pour into a bottle ready for use. TIP: Allow to steep up to 24 hours pending your preference of macadamia whiskey

3: Serve
- Pour 75mls Mr. Consistent El Peachy into shaker
- Add 45mls macadamia-infused whiskey
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into glass
- Garnish with your choice of dried fruit
