I went back to Nana Ling’s handwritten recipe books, old home cooking supplements and vintage recipe books to create the perfect Nana's Rum Ball Sour recipe using My Sours Mixer. This rum bliss is super easy to make and absolutely festive. Enjoy! 🥃
What you need:
Ingredients
- Mr. Consistent Sours Mixer
- Dark Rum (Goslings, or your preferred Dark Rum)
- Ximinez Sherry
- Nutmeg
- Ice
Accessories
Method:
1/ Create
Combine all ingredients into a punchbowl:
- 15ml Pedro Ximinez Sherry
- 45ml Dark Rum (Goslings)
- 75ml Sours
2/ Shake
- Shake with Ice
3/ Serve
- Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with grated Nutmeg
- Enjoy!
