WHAT IS AN NFT?

An NFT is a non-fungible token, which is a non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a blockchain in the form of a digital ledger, that can be sold and traded online! NFT data can present in many forms but most commonly may be associated with digital files such as photos, videos, and audio.

In order to claim your NFT you will need an Ethereum MetaMask Wallet.

CREATE WALLET

CREATING A METAMASK WALLET

In order to create your Ethereum Wallet, you need to first install the extension. Most browsers support MetaMask (MM), including Chrome, Brave and Firefox. Head straight to the MetaMask webpage to create your MetaMask Ethereum Wallet.

Download MetaMask by going to https://metamask.io/ and install MetaMask for your browser and ensure that your browser supports MetaMask.

Click on the MetaMask extension and click on the ‘Get Started’ tab.

You can either import an existing wallet using the ‘Seed Phrase’ or simply create a new one.

Click on ‘Create a Wallet’ and follow the prompts. On the next window click ‘I agree’. If you would like to improve MetaMask or please click ‘no thanks’ to proceed.

Create your own password that is strong and not often used by any other account of yours.

Click on ‘Click here to reveal secret words’ to reveal the chosen seed phrase. MetaMask you store your seed phrase in a safe place (preferably on paper). It is the ONLY way for you to successfully recover your funds if your device crashes on your browser.

NOTE: If you lose your seed phrase, please know that MetaMask CANNOT help you recover your wallet or your funds. Therefore your wallet and funds will be lost forever.

Never share your seed phrase or your private key to anyone or any website. By doing this, you will be granting them access to having full control over your wallet and funds.

Click ‘Next’.

Confirm your personal secret backup phrase by clicking on each word in the exact order in which the words were presented to you on the screen previously. Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed.

CLAIM YOUR NFT

In order to claim your NFC, you must create your Ethereum Wallet first. Follow the tutorial above for your step by step guide into creating your MetaMask Ethereum Wallet.

GOT A METAMASK ACCOUNT?

If you already have a MetaMask wallet, simply enter your secret recovery phrase that should consist of 12 words as well as a new password and click 'Restore'.

ADD TO WALLET

HOW CAN I CHECK FOR THE NFT AFTER THE ADVISED TIME / DATE?

After the exchange is complete, the NFT is transferred into your wallet and appears under the Collected tab on your profile page on OpenSea.

CAN I VIEW MY NFT ON A
MOBILE?

Yes, you can easily access and view your NFT’s on your IOS or Android mobile device. Simply download the OpenSea or MetaMask program and follow the prompts.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR NFT AND WALLET SAFE

The best way to protect your metamask wallet and your NFT’s is to secure and protect your seed phrase with a security phrase. We suggest going old school by writing it down and keeping it in a place where only you will remember. Do not share or add your seed phrase into your mobile, computer, email ect to ensure that there is no room for password leak. This is imperative to remember because once you have misplaced your seed phrase, it is gone forever and MetaMask cannot retrieve it once lost.
