EASTER RECIPE: BAD BUNNY ESPRESSO MARTINI

Easter may be one of the best times of the year and not just for quality time spent with family, friends and great food; but also the chocolate! Let's take two of my favourite flavours and combine them into the ultimate chocolate espresso martini cocktail this Easter!

The Espresso Martini stands for everything classy, indulgent and will send your taste buds to Espresso heaven! This mix truly brings the vibe and can be enjoyed anywhere and anytime! Hints of chocolate, caramel and topped with a frothed head, this delightful cocktail is all you need to prepare for a night out on the town! The sweetened flavour of fresh coffee can be mixed with Vodka, Baileys, Kaluha, Spiced Rum or any other sweet flavoured spirit.

Bad Bunny Espresso Martini by: Mr. Consistent

INGREDIENTS:

ACCESSORIES:

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Fine Strainer
  • Jigger

METHOD:

1: Create

  • Peel back the Lindt Chocolate Easter Bunny by removing the ears so you're left with a hollow opening for the cocktail to strain into. 
  • TIP: Try freezing the bunny before hand so it has less of a mess!

2: Shake 

  •  Add 75ml of Mr. Consistent Espresso Martini mix
  • Add 45ml of Mozart Chocolate Liqueur 
  • Add Ice and shake vigorously

3: Serve

  • Double strain into your easter bunny 
  • Fill the rest of the bunny with whipped cream 
  • Garnish your cocktail glass with sprinkles, Enjoy!
